For a low fee, we put your property in the real REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service where thousands of local REALTORS® will have access to all the photos and information about your property to use when working with buyers/renters. In addition, a brief description and photo will be available to anyone via several thousand internet websites including REALTOR.com.

For $75 per half hour, we will work with you in person to complete the forms necessary to list your property in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Most appointments for a single property are completed in a little over an hour. Appointments will be prorated to the nearest minute. We will process your information and enter it into the Multiple Listing Service database. As soon as we input your property into the computer the information is available on the MLS instantly and before you leave our office you will receive a printout of your active listing from the MLS.

This program is based on self-representation. We DO NOT represent you in the customary or traditional sense. You represent yourself in all matters involving the sale of your property. You represent yourself in dealing with REALTORS® who will be showing your property and attempting to sell/rent it. All appointments, negotiations, and offers to purchase will be held directly with you. You can continue to market your property yourself while it is in the MLS and you may withdraw your active MLS listing at any time. Most of our customers are builders, remodelers, contractors, attorneys, trusts, investors, speculators, and, in general, sellers who feel that they neither need nor want to pay for a "full-service" Realtor. They only want the added exposure of the MLS System and the Internet, and are willing to compensate the Realtor who actually sells the property.
